Loom Cam,Motion Cam,Shuttle Loom Parts,1515 Cam,The D13 shuttle loom cam is paired with a smooth-motion rod primarily to control the warp yarn tension on the loom, facilitating the closing of the shed. The length of this cam is 138mm, manufactured via sand casting. On the 1511 loom, it is fixed to the D7, while on the 1515 loom, it is mounted on the 3210. For the GA615 loom, it is secured to the G1515-0212. All are curved shaft gears, but their inner holes and tooth counts differ.

The polished position (shiny) on the outer ring of the cam is the contact point of the C13 or 3410 smooth motion rod, and the elliptical cam supports the movement of the smooth rod (up and down swing).
