The F103 buffer spring ring of textile accessories can be used for loom equipment with 44 inch, 56 inch, 75 inch and 110 inch door widths. The material of F103 spring ring is pig iron HT15-33, which is installed at the three wheel buffer (shuttle throwing position), connected with F109 or F110 buffer spring and fixed on F101 / F110 buffer feet. Each loom uses 2 pieces.

The overall length of F103 buffer spring ring is 48mm, the width is 28mm, the height is 25mm, and the inner hole diameter is 12.7mm. The shaft head of F106 buffer core passes through this hole.

The above figure is the front view and back view of F103 spring ring respectively. The height of the column is 20mm, the diameter is 11mm, the center distance from the middle circular hole is 27mm, and the thickness of the spring ring itself is 6.5mm. It is made by direct sanding without yuan turning.
