Huixian Xinda Textile Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. provides Loom Weft Grid J00-2 Without Iron Wrapping, a new type of (iron free) gantry Barrier J00-2 weaving machine shuttle box component. The shuttle box accessory J00-2 for weaving machines is composed of J50 steel wire and J31 Weft Grid. The J50 steel wire is in a "U" shape with a diameter of 1.8mm and is made of spring steel. The J30 material is A3, and the height of the fixed steel wire surface is 97mm. The new iron free gantry Barrier is generally used for the modification of wide weaving machines. Friction pads made of other materials (such as asbestos copper wire) are added to the tail of the tongue 3304 on the back plate of the shuttle box, so bent iron is not used.
