Reasons And Replacement Methods For Damaged Buffer On Looms
(1) Reasons for damage to the buffer of the Loom
1. The throwing force is too high, and the auxiliary buffering force is too low.
2. The wooden compression between the connecting screws of the buffer sliding boxes F42 and F43 and the bottom plate support feet F45 and F46 is excessive, causing an increase in the distance between the inner sides of the two buffer sliding boxes, and a decrease in the distance between the inner sides of the bottom plate support feet F45 and F46 and the outer side of the buffer sliding box. As a result, the movement of the leather ring is reduced and the movement is sluggish, which can easily cause damage and breakage of the buffer.
3. The buffer is too small or the leather is not good.
(2) Method for replacing textile leather rings (buffer rings)
1. Remove a set of Picking Stick and other components.
2.Before installing the Buffer, check whether the size of the buffer is qualified and whether the leather is in good condition.
3. After the skin loop is slid into the shuttle box, its movement distance should be checked to be at least 25 millimeters, and it is required that when it is reversed to the outer end, the distance between the back end of the skin loop and the upper end of the shuttle box bottom plate K15 should be within the range of 6.4-12.7 millimeters (1/4-1/2 inch).
4. Install a set of epithelial circle bottom plate F44 and shuttle board, etc.
5. Adjust the pressure of the leather ring spring F48, ensuring that the pressure on both sides is consistent to prevent twisting when the leather ring moves.
6. Pay attention to the coordination relationship of the auxiliary buffering device's force, and check and tighten the screws of all relevant components.
7. Conduct a test drive. It is believed that the shuttle must be positioned correctly and stably before it can be driven.
